For the next couple weeks we will be doing a lot of testing.  Make sure your child is getting enough sleep, a good breakfast, and are reviewing skills at home.  I have some more resources to share.
I love the Professor Garfield website.  The whole website has fun games to practice several different types of skills.
Here are some of my favorites:
On this page you can practice sequencing and vocabulary

On this page kids can read a story book but also take a quiz while they are reading.  The game also gets them thinking before and while they are reading.  Reading this story will count for your reading log.

This page is a little bit easier but still very important.  It practices identifying beginning and ending sounds.

This next resource is great.  On this website you can click on the skill your child is struggling with and it will instantly give them a game to practice this skill.  They can even click on 3rd grade if they need a challenge.

*EXTRA CREDIT*
Click on the blue dog house that will allow your child to take a practice reading quiz.  They can choose from proficient, advanced or basic and then choose test 1.  This is a good example of questions your child may see on the NWEA test.  After they have submitted their answer print the page that reveals what they got correct or missed.  I will award 10 extra credit points to any child who scores a 10 out of 15 by Friday.  If at first you don't succeed try another test. =)
